This is e glass and for epoxy applications. Weave is very tight. When it came folded I was worried about seams and folds. Happily there were no issues when I lay’d it down and applied epoxy. There were no pulls in the material. You need to apply a healthy amount of epoxy to the surface of your project first, then put fabric down. The fabric absorbs the epoxy within a few minutes. You can then squeegee it smooth. Do not try to put epoxy on the surface and hope it goes thru top to bottom-would be disastrous. Squeegee’s nicely smooth. Can get a few air bubbles if not enough epoxy goes down on your surface (my project was plywood). Material will cut with a sharp razor. ... show more

Used in a sub enclosure build, also ordered a 96 pack of Chip brushes (also highly recommended) nice thick mat, holds more resin than the local HD mat, chums nicely. Overall good stuff!

Nice cloth but very dense, tight weave as stated in other reviews. Recommend applying using “wet” method. Epoxy plywood or what not first, lay on glass, epoxy over top. If you apply “dry” it takes quite a bit of work to get through all the way and soak into substrate. Not great for sharp corners.
