When I first purchased this desk in early September, I was skeptical since there were fewer than a handful of reviews. Now there are almost 50! I bought the smallest desk in white color and loved it! I was using the Costco Tresanti sit-stand desk before and I will be comparing it with this one. I needed a desk that was lower because I am 5 "1/2" and the Tresanti desk was still too high on the lowest setting of 27" to be ergonomic for my height. This desk goes as low as 24" if you use the keyboard tray and that's one of the biggest reasons why I purchased this desk! It can go lower for a more ergonomic fit and is a sit-stand desk, it's hard to find one that has both the sit-stand and keyboard tray. OR at least a desk that goes as low as 24"! I do have to say the keyboard tray is a little flimsy, could be more sturdy. You could probably swap out some of the parts for something more sturdy in the metal, but it does its job! I loved how organized and labeled the instructions and parts were in the box. End up using a powder drill for the backside to make sure the screws were smooth and bolted down more. The nail opening does split the wood with screws. Buttons are kind of slow. Overall sturdy desk for the price and surprisingly this desk doesn't pick up dirt like my tresanti which was glass and often dusty. ... show more

Though it took me a very long time to assemble, all the instructions are step by step and easy to follow. I bought this for my bf and he absolutely loves this desk. I didnt do a great job at assembled the keyboard sliding piece, so that is a little sticky to pull in and out, but everything else about it works super well. he added his sitting and standing setting and now just pushes a button to adjust the desk.     • Unreliable and Frustrating: Damaged Arrival and Motor Breakdown

Wow, where do I begin? Disappointment is an understatement. Right from the get-go, FEZIBO standing desk arrived looking like it had been through a rough ride during shipping. The boxes and desk corner were damaged. They gave a $40 refund since they couldn't send out a top replacement, so I thought I could live with it. But just three months into using it, the motor just decided to call it quits. The quality of this desk is seriously questionable. It's like they used some flimsy materials to put it together. When it arrived with dents and scratches, I figured maybe it's just a one-time defective thing. But nope, three months later, the motor gives out on me. It's like they don't expect people to actually use their desks. But hold up, it doesn't stop there. Dealing with their customer service has been like playing a never-ending game of email tag. I've been going back and forth for weeks, and it feels like I'm talking to a robot. They're always asking for additional information even though I've given them my order ID, pictures and videos of my manuals, desk, motor, etc. I've followed all of the reboot instructions per my manual and from FEZIBO's website online, but no amount or type of reboot helps. And the icing on the cake? Waiting for a replacement motor has turned into a saga. It's been over a month, and I'm still waiting. This kind of waiting game is just not cool, especially when you've shelled out your hard-earned money and have to waste hours uploading videos for them to "identify the problem". Overall, the FEZIBO standing desk has been a letdown. From the banged-up start to the motor throwing in the towel and the frustrating customer service runaround, I'm not impressed. If you're thinking about getting one, think twice and explore other options. This one hasn't been worth the trouble for me. ... show more

After seeing my sons Frezibo desk, was impressed by the thickness of the solid one piece top. When I received my version of the Frezibo, I was disappointed in the inferior quality of the top in that it was thinner and came in two sections that had to be screwed together rather than one solid piece. Nearly perfect for my needs. Holds two large monitors and laptop, motor works well. I just wish the keyboard shelf were about 6 inches longer. But maybe this wouldn't be an issue with the larger desk (I purchased the 48 inch).
