I had been searching for a desk that woudl fit my needs in terms of sit/stand capability and I was surprised to find this tesk came in several configurations that included drawers. For the most part assemly was fairly easy. All the parts are clearly marked and they even include one additional screw/bolt/dowl in the event you lose any. In addition, they alos include the necessary tools to put it together. If you pay close attention to the included instructions; you can have the desk assembled in about an hour. It actually took me almost two weeks to complte the desk because the last wood part marked (P) did not fit correctly so I had to do some back and forth with the seller to try to get a replacement part. Not surprisingly I ran out of patience and took the part to my local ACE Hardware and had it cut by 1/16 on each side and that resovled the issue for me. In some of the promotional pictures it's difficult to tell how big the desk is becasue in some cases it looks like the items on the desk are fairly small but it fits my two 24 inch monitors and a stand for my personal and work laptops well. Most of all, I love the drawers, the finish and the pre-sets for the up/down feature really make this desk work. I purchased the 48" model with 5 drawers and I can say that this is the most satisfying purchase I've made on Amazon in a while. ... show more

    • CHECK THE WELDS ON MAIN LEGS BEFORE PUTTING TOGETHER! (Updated)

This desk is really nice for the money and is a lot sturdier than I thought it would be. Instructions were very clear on assembly. HOWEVER, the weld on the main brace of one of the legs was not square, making it impossible to line everything up correctly. I got halfway through assembling before I realized this so I faced the decision of trying to return the big desk, whose box contents was already spread all over my floor, or making it work somehow. I chose to go into the garage and hit the brace with a dead blow hammer until it was lined up better. It worked like a charm thankfully, but if you don't want to risk doing that, I recommend you check the welds on the main legs (they were parts A and B) to make sure they're square or very close to square before assembling. The main legs are the first thing you see in the box, so you should be able to do it without unpacking everything. Edit: The seller contacted me and made it more than right. So far the desk seems sturdy. It would have been easier to put together with 2 people, but I was able to do it on my own in about 2 hours. I used a drill with 2 different sized Allen wrench bits and a Phillip’s bit along with the tools included. Also, I didn’t place the command strips until the desk was upright, it was all plugged in, set at my height settings, and I knew how long I wanted the cords to be stretched out. I was honestly skeptical about purchasing this desk due to it's low price. I'd been on the fence about it for the last 6+ months, I finally decided to purchase it after my back started really hurting from sitting all day. My only complaint is with myself and not buying it sooner. I really don't think you can beat it for the price, putting it together wasn't too bad, quality is nice, fits everything I need including my laptop and two monitors. Really happy and yes, I only have this desk for one day and still happy. So far, I have been only sitting down for 25 minutes, in a 9- 5 WFH job which is a good thing. The step by step instructions were incredibly easy to follow. Better than IKEA! You'll need a screwdriver but otherwise everything is included plus some extra of each of the screws. Best part about assembly? The boxes it was shipped in are shown in the directions as props, they are the perfect size to hold it up during various stages so that you can build it by yourself! 5/5 Stars. Exactly what I expected it to be. Pros: -Next day delivery. Despite selecting Free Shipping. -Comes with extra pieces (screws) to assemble together -Great Delivery Packaging. Not a scratch or broken pieces despite it being heavy (2 person warning label). -Simple to follow installation booklet and good packaging. All the bits were sealed in their own bag. -Optional wheels (lockable) for the table if you so choose. -Optional under desk shelf. I went without for more leg space. -Max Height is 48.8 including wheels ( measured from keyboard area down ) Cons: - The extra bits aren't just there for when you lost a piece, it's also there when one of the bits breaks apart or have defects.
