Packaging as carefully engineered as the product. Graphic instructions incredibly easy to follow (found only one glitch, but that was corrected by the next drawing). Everything went together easily. ALL the holes lined up perfectly. (I did not need a drill, though it was a recommended tool). The only difficulty was making the sync rod fit into both columns at once. This was remedied with a touch of WD40 oil. After that it was all smooth sailing. It is heavy, but I managed to leverage it upright by myself (I'm 82). The wheels are optional, but easily attached which I did because I had to move it to my work room after assembly. They are quality wheels and easily screw into the base. I can't believe how well it went and how delighted I am with the end result. I chose 55-inch/rubberwood. Loving it.

SHIPMENT: came in (1) box. Heavy. Box had small tear. Too heavy for (1) box. Arrived (1) day early. PARTS: except for (1) small screw of desk drawer, nothing was missing. ASSEMBLY: Easy peazy, normal few hours assembly time. Manual was OK. Electrical wiring could have been more clear. One error in the drawing shows an extension cable connected to the power supply adapter. This cable actually matches the line coming out of the motor that connects to the control module (misleading), but no biggie. Worked like a charm on turning on. MOTOR: is quiet. STURDY: Metal frame is heavy and quite stable. Table does move a bit when you type frantically. TABLE TOP: yes it is (2) piece. You can feel the parting with your finger, but, overall OK, no biggie - it works. I got the 55 inch. I am glad I did. You need the space lengthwise, since width is only 23 5/8 in (not quite 24 in. DRAWERS: a bit tricky as you are dealing with particle board. I used wood glue to assemble the drawers where there were wood dowels. This gives the assembly additional strength. Be gentle when inserting drawers nto table, although you may have to give it a push to move it in all the way. Drawers should end up flush with the front edge of the table top. Drawers are only good for small stuff that is light weight. Do not put heavy items in the drawers. Remember that these drawers are hanging on the bottom of the particle wood table top. Not very strong assembly. During assembly, I did not have any parts alignment problem of holes etc. Keep all screws slightly loose while assembling parts, and then tighten them one by one for each sub-assembly. Take extra care while handling the metal frame with the motor mounted on it. Assemble the spindle into the motor carefully, do not use too much force. Everything should go in easy. I am amazed overall how well the system works. This unit came from China; without any help we are able to assemble this complex system, with a manual with no words in it, only pictures. Amazing how far we have come. Kudos to the supplier Tyhoe. So far so good. Will review again after 6 months or so......

Absolutely love this desk! I had been wanting to upgrade my WFH setup for quite some time. I am glad I found this desk! It took my husband a little over an hour to set it up. It wasn’t terribly confusing, it’s sturdy and a great size. I would highly recommend this product.

I love my new desk! I had a few minor problems with assembly but it has more to do with age (over 60) than anything. It takes two people for sure. I like the wheels, they are easy to lock. It is quiet when going I’ll or down. The surface is smooth, the drawers open with easy. This is not partial board, it looks nice and is sturdy.

The only thing I would change is the instructions regarding the handle installation of the drawers. I think they were last, I would change it as 2nd to the last step to allow room of tighting the drawer handle screws and then attaching to the rest of the drawer. Otherwise, 5 out of 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The media could not be loaded. Defective Part, Two Deliveries But Outstanding Service! Since I have a health issue, I'm excited to have this desk to help prevent further strain. This desk's ability to vary in height is useless as an ADJUSTABLE standing desk without a functioning sync rod, however. • A customer service exchange that lasted almost a month was started by the sync rod (allows desk to adj in height and stabilize legs) with 1/8 screws (images 1 and 2). Fortunately, the fact that I was not working at the time made it possible for there to be some back and forth with Tyhoe before my husband could finish assembling without incident. • Customer service representatives continuously updated me on the part replacement...until...later informed it would be weeks or longer for the part (small bar with holes and screws)!? • Eventually, Tyhoe decided to send replacement desk instead of waiting another month (or longer) for the bar and screws. Kudos! • The second delivery, though, fell short - driver tossed the box on the ground during a rain day when there was a covered porch that could have better protected the box (Image3). Luckily, Tyhoe carefully shields parts with lots of padding and covering to prevent damage to the product. • Finally, in preparation for my return to work, my husband finally assembled (image4). Adjusts to highest height in 15 seconds! Anticipate long-term use and functionality!
