These shoes looks great and I've received plenty of compliments. The red bottom definitely gives it the LV look and is true to color. So I wrote my opinion on the shoes I purchased. Please note my son is a Size 11 which was purchased. So this is the response I received via email “ I don’t understand why the negative feedback when clearly you bought the wrong size shoe. You purchase a size 11 when clearly you needed a 10 or even a 9 . Our shoes are beautifully and well made they are a little bit heavy which is totally normal because of the spikes . The shoes are not big or wide you just bought the wrong size that’s all . So it’s really unfair to leave us a negative feedback when clearly it was your fault and not ours “ Clearly I would never purchase from this company again. Most especially having the nerve to tell me I ordered the wrong size the nerve. I do believe I said the shoes were great and I explained the issue I had, I guess they didnt want a honest review. Also FERUCCI your response should have nothing at all. Great customer service. The shoes are really heavy and the width of the shoe is really wide. I bought these for my son's graduation and they arrived just in time which was great, unfortunately they keep flopping off his feet and we tried every thing from Dr. Scholl's support arches to 2 pair of no show socks to make them fit and it was just to wide. We even went to mens clothing & shoe store to find something to help and they had nothing. We couldn't find another pair of shoes he liked so he wore them to graduation anyway.
