Initially I submitted a negative review because my mannequin was delivered damaged. The shoulder, and underneath was cracked. I will definitely order another one because I sent a message stating that I would return the mannequin for a replacement, and the replacement arrived the next day before I returned the damaged one. This new mannequin is perfect, and I love it. I need a second one, and I will order from this seller. I highly recommend.

The mannequin heads that I purchased from this company are as picture. They arrived very fast an are very sturdy. Perfect for showing earrings, necklaces, hats, wigs, etc… I purchased several mannequins at several different times, because they are excellently made. Product arrived today broken at the bottom as you can see. I'm going to try and cover it up with some material but for the price I mean a little bubble wrap won't hurt. I should've got the other one with longer neck and no shoulders seems more heavier...this is like hollow but sturdy... I'm annoyed but I'm not returning it because I don't want to deal with the B.S. just happy it wasn't a broken or mushed in face like some of the reviews lol. It's whatever u won't order from this company. Good luck to whoever buys from here.
