Very happy with my Mani. She gets the job done and is decent quality for the price. I’ve worked many retail jobs so I’ve put together several heavy duty mannequins before, and although this is not one of them, it is pretty sturdy and stays put. The base is solid and my animals haven’t knocked her down once. The arms don’t rotate which is annoying, and the joinery is plastic instead of metal, so you need to be careful removing it otherwise it can break. Don’t twist them, but instead push upwards (toward the head) on the arms when removing. Then pull out to take them off. Because the arms sit so close to the body, you need to take them both off to dress her, as it’s hard to get anything over the torso with the arms on. The head also doesn’t really pop into place but rather just sits in place, which doesn’t allow for a secure connection. Overall though I’m pleased and I’d recommend for anyone who needs one and doesn’t want to spend money on a high quality one. I love having her look out the window at the neighbors or out into my hallway to scare my husband. ... show more

I bought the female version. This is not a heavy solid mannequin like you see in department stores. It’s lighter weight plastic. Shipping took less than a week and it took maybe 5 minutes to put together. I bought it for desensitization and counterconditioning training for my fearful dog. The fact that it’s light weight is great because it’s easy to move around. It doesn’t fall apart when I pick it up and move it. I’ve placed it on multiple surfaces outside my house - slanted driveway, sidewalk, landscape rocks, and turf - and all I had to do was put a rock on the base under one of the heels to keep it from falling over. This mannequin is almost exactly the size that I was before my metabolism slowed down, so very useful for selling clothes that used to fit me. Very easy to assemble. Kind of a pain to dress—I’ve had to remove the arms or head for some things. Obviously, the arms don’t bend. Head falls off, wigs do too, when putting clothes on and off. Very lightweight. The false eyelashes are a nice touch. Because it’s so nearly my size (my waist was actually smaller, 22”,) I do occasionally contemplate embarking on a starvation diet combined with strenuous exercise, but that’s probably futile. For selling old clothes, this mannequin is ideal. Occasionally, one leg gets twisted slightly sideways, and it does come apart very easily. This is sometimes inconvenient. I almost took a picture once before realizing that the legs were facing backwards, and the head and torso were facing me. Definite Exorcist vibes, but easily fixed. She’s a good size mannequin, size 6 frame. A little challenging to figure out how to attach her to the base and she does seem a bit wobbly. We used her for a fashion class I teach to young girls at my Finishing School. It took a bit of effort to change her clothes for the different outfits they created, especially pants due to the difficulty of the base. Obviously most people won’t be changing the clothes multiple times in a day so it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. The Mannequin arrived with a broken foot. Not very easy to assemble and it is a problem when changing the outfits for display. I do not like the color, grayish/beige. The worst part is that is very unstable. Like other buyers said, it leans forward. Main it doesn't stand without additional support.
