The clamp broke as I was tightening it around a round bar. It’s unclear how much tension is required between it being securely fastened versus tipping over and falling on the baby. I erred on the side of safety and that apparently was the wrong choice. I received a prompt reply from customer service and they gave me the option for a refund or a replacement. It was great at first - a fine purchase. BUT then we went to move it, and when I twisted the handle to take it off, it broke. I am a month too late to return, so I am writing this review.

The media could not be loaded. I love the design of the mobile itself but the stand could improve. The way it mounts to the crib is very hard to get to work if you have a nontraditional crib design. I have to frequently tilt it back into an upright position since it doesn't attach properly to my daughters crib. ... show more
