This product came extremely well packed, was easy to assemble and when built is extremely strong and well designed. It more than lives up to it's description. Price was excellent and the customer service from Fatorri was amazing. I emailed them to ask if I could purchase an additional component of the Wine Rack (not because anything was missing - but because I wanted to supplement what was already there) . They replied within minutes (from China). Email correspondence was extremely polite and with good English. I am not sure it I was corresponding with "Nancy" the entire time - but never the less, all correspondence was very professional. They sent me the parts I requested and they arrived DHL/FedEx from China within 5 days. I cannot say more about their customer service or product - both amazing. I buy a lot from Amazon but (sadly) do not have time to review everything - However, in this case I felt the need to provide a seller and product review as both are exceptional. We werent sure what the quality would be for a cabinet listed at this price. We were more than happy when it arrived. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble, the directions were easy to follow, and all the parts were clearly marked. We are extremely happy with our puchase.

    • Great piece of furniture - Fantastic customer service!!!
Package is very heavy but very well packed. The assembly instructions are very clear and all of the pieces were included - as well as a package of extra parts "just in case". Once assembled the cabinet was very sturdy! The wire rack that holds the wine glasses was broken - a spot that had been welded had come unwelded. I emailed their customer service and received a reply within minutes! The assured me they would replace the part and I would have it in a few days. I also wanted to order a couple more of the wine bottle racks and they offered to send those for free as well. The replacement parts arrived via Fedex within a few days. I cannot say enough about their customer service!! I give this cabinet 5 stars all around - it looks great in my family room! I highly recommend this product and Fatorri! ... show more

I bought two and combined. One was enough but two really makes it stand out. It was super easy to assemble and they supply you with extras. The pilot holes are shallow so I’d suggest using a power drill to make things easier. Highly recommend this product!

We purchased this to begin making our basement bar. This is a well-made, solid piece of furniture that was pretty easy to put together. I love how sturdy/solid the table top is. My only issue is that the doors do not align perfectly. It's constructed to allow some flexibility here, but we were not able to get the doors fully aligned. Very nice looking and sturdy / built well. I usually don't like to buy anything that is not at least partially solid wood but took a shot for the price and look of this piece. While you can't compare to solid wood this is WAY better than most MDF products. did not feel flimsy when putting together. Took little over an hour to assemble. Take your time and follow instructions carefully- they are very detailed. I did not install the wall anchors as I have no small children and it is very stable. The Walnut is a little darker than it appears on line. The shelves all have hole on one side for wine racks, but can be flipped so holes don't show if not using wine racks and side shelves are all interchangeable and easily removed if need room for taller items. But The height of shelves are not adjustable. Metal portions also feel solid and well built. One of the wine holders arrived bent (but still useable) I contacted the company and they sent a new one immediately and even followed up to make sure I received the replacement item and I was satisfied. Outstanding customer service!!! would definitely buy again and recommend ... show more
