It has a flannel feel to it but not overly thick. Fit is great - However, I normally would buy an XS but that was not an option and the small fit perfect. I would say if you are between sizes, size up. It was perfect for a Georgia game day!!

The material is so cute and I was so excited to receive this. I’m a true size 16, so I ordered the XL. The length was perfect but that’s where the good news ends. The bottom half of the dress is HUGE— tons of fabric that are gathered in a truly unflattering way. But the top? The TOP? It was so small I was cracking up. The buttons were like 3 inches away from meeting. I don’t have a huge chest- this is just cut all wrong. Maybe a pear-shaped girl would have better luck.

As you can see from the photos, the plaid print doesn't line up which makes the dress look lopsided. There is also quite a lot of sloppy stitchwork. A shame because the actual garment is cute and the material is not bad or scratchy. Flannel is a nice medium weight. Sleeves can be worn down or rolled up. Versatile style could be worn as dress, over leggings/jeans, unbuttoned over tanktop as an oversized shirt. Too bad it's not a keeper for me.

This dress is well made, great drape, sliming and super cute. I could’ve gotten smaller, but I like the way it fits as is. Very breezy. I always get compliments. I added a little white collar dicky and some button covers by way of jewelry and I feel great in this outfit every time. FYI, the fabric is more like a thin flannel than a starchy cotton. But I’m going to wear it all summer anyway. Fourth of July, with a navy bow tie? Get out of here!! I love it!

The fit was perfect. Im 5'6" 185lbs and run between a medium and Large top. The large fit perfectly. Material was a light flannel quality. Sleeves can be worn long of rolled up with strap and button to hold in place. Buying in more colors
