It is VERT well made, not cheap in the least. The brim is very thick and sturdy. It is a yamaha officially licenced hat so it's not some cheap p.o.s, the embroidery is very well done. I am extremely happy with my purchase :-) I have a yamaha hoodie on it's way and I am hoping it is as well made as this hat. . This is a very high-quality hat and I'm genuinely impressed with the craftsmanship. The brim is thick and the stitching is perfect. Whenever I buy a fitted hat, I always go S/M. With the material blend of this hat, this S/M is a perfect fit. Very satisfied!

This hat runs very large. Unless you have a head like a pumpkin, I can't see who would need the large/X-large. Returned for the med/large and the fit was much better. Not a very comfortable hat. The brim above the eyebrows is very stiff and hurt my head after a few hours of use. I bent it with my hands to form a crease and it's more comfortable but still not the greatest.
