Truth be told, it's the Sugar Plum Fairies whose dance heralds the holiday season, so why not enjoy some this holiday? • Ginger Jam is a spectacular Winter Preserve that is used on both sweet and savory plates. A warming root, ginger adds a sharp clean flavor to any dish. We make our preserve with locally grown ginger and heritage apples for a deep delicious flavor. A Perfect Preserve for Breakfast, Lunch, dinner or Snacks. Josephine's Feast is a family owned Artisan Producer based in Brooklyn, New York. We make all our Award Winning Preserves by hand in small batches, using local unsprayed fruits from small family farms and take the time to bring each flavor to its very best.
