EDIT: Updated review. I purchased the EZ lip in January 2020 and this last weekend, it finally ripped (August 2021). My car is lowered and I try to drive carefully on roads with dips/bumps. There are some roads where there just isn't much you can do. On these roads, I've scraped the lip and for the most part, the lip had held up well. There were a few scuffs on it, but nothing that was easy to see so I wasn't worried about it. However, this weekend I was driving and scraped it (didn't think it was very hard) and it ripped the lip. Moral of the story, it's a good lip... it's cheap and looks good. I'm not out a ton of $$ like I would have been if I purchased a "real" lip for this car. But after this, I'm not sure if I'm going to replace it or not. I've been wanting a lip for the front end of my Fiesta ST but didn't want to spend $$$ on something that was, 1. only for looks, and 2. probably going to meet a few speed bumps eventually. The EZ lip was SUPER easy to install. I left the tape out in the sun on a hot day to get it nice and warm. I cleaned the bottom of my bumper and honestly didn't even do a great job (no alcohol or other adhesive prep). I lined it up before peeling the tape off to get an idea of how I would handle the different curves in the bumper and when I was happy, I started at the passenger side wheel and then, working about a foot at a time, stuck the lip to the bottom of the bumper. I pressed it on in sections, pretty lightly just in case I needed to peel it off and move it. When it was all the way done, I cut the end and firmly pressed the lip onto the bumper. All said and done, took me all of 4 minutes to install, minus the cleaning time. The lip itself is soft. It's made of what feels almost like a foam. I guess I was expecting it to be more rubber-y based on how it looks, but it seems durable enough. It's easy to tear it if you try to rip it, but I don't expect that I'll have any problems on the car. As far as the adhesive, after letting it set for a few hours, I pulled on it... HARD. The bumper moves but the lip is solid. Also, because the lip is made of soft material, I expect that it will actually resist any scrapes with speed bumps pretty easily. For the price, I highly recommend this lip if you're looking for a bit of style. Really adds a lot to the look of the front end for a pretty low price. ... show more

I went with the white EZ Lip to match the white roof on my Kia Soul, and it looks great, clean and subtle, not overdone. Installation was straightforward. I personally didn’t trust the adhesive it came with, so I used stainless steel washers and screws instead, and it’s been rock solid. I’ve had this on the car for about a year and a half, driving in the Northeast through all kinds of weather, snow, rain, heat, cold and it’s held up with zero issues. No peeling, cracking, or sagging. For the price and durability, this is an excellent product. If you take a little extra care with installation, it’ll last. Highly recommend. ... show more

Looks and installation meet expectations. Excellent alternative to the rigid and less durable Hard lip spoiler or side skirts. Also, no screws or screw hole damage to my vehicle. I recommend this product and would buy again.

This product is a joke. It's overpriced well marketed Foam. Yes, Foam, not rubber. It has absolutely no durability as they claim. If the product comes into the slightest contact with anything, it begins to show signs of use. You would think that since the product is the lowest point of the car they would have used some special material to make it durable as I thought it was. I have not tried the "Pro" version but I'm not about to drop another $40-$50 to find out. I had this product on for less than 2 weeks on a car that was not lowered, and it does not look good anymore. Worst part is that they won't refund your money, instead they offer 30% off the purchase of a new one. Which in my opinion is insult to injury. Stay away from this version of this product it's a waste of money. Unless of course your willing to drop $35 every few weeks or you have a lifted 4x4 vehicle. Here is the response you'll get when you complaint or ask for a refund: "We're sorry to hear this. Due to the nature of this product, the EZ Lip may get damaged over time. The product's durability is dependent on how well it's installed on the vehicle and how you drive. For these reasons, we do not offer a warranty except for manufacturer defects upon receipt of the product. Based on the images, it appears the EZ Lip has suffered some scrape damage. This is normal type of damage given it's flexible rubber composition. We have recently released the all new EZ Lip PRO model which is made from our strongest Dura-X Foam compound and can absorb far more scrapes before it begins to deteriorate. It also has our Patent-Pending InvisEdge feature for a seamless and professional appearance. As a valued customer, the best we can offer you is a 30% discount on your next order from our website. I bought a knock off of this product that was considerably less money: $15. Although I managed to make it work, lemme tell ya, it took my own adhesive and too many screws. It "passed," but in all honesty it did NOT look this good. It was also a different material, more of a hard rubber. After some body damage & repairs, I had to replace it and decided to spend the money this go round. TOTALLY WORTH IT. This EZ Lip went on with absolute ease, especially compared to the knock off! Adhesive stuck from first contact. I did use some screws to bolster it, but that's because the underside of my bumper has a few curves. I should have just went with this the first time. Price COULD be a bit better due to what it is: a large piece of foam...but the look it gives my car was worth it, and so was no longer having to worry if it would fly off. Recommend you go with this if you're looking for a quick, easy, but stand-out mod. Maybe in the future I will go with the thicker EZ Lip front spoiler, but I am more than satisfied for now. ... show more

2015 Charger Scat Pack. I bought this and the side skirts. It’s the same product but you get a little discount on the skirts because there are two. Side skirts went on great today and the look great. The front lip not so much. I stretched the sides by putting a little tension when installing; I did those first. Tried the same method on the front lip and the final quarter inch on the side I finished on did not adhere well. I tried super glue and did not work. Some folks appear to have used self-tapping screws to fix the same issue but I did not want to do that for a $50 product. I ultimately ripped off the front and not sure I will reorder to try it again. Might go with a carbon fiber spoiler. More expensive but I think better for my Charger. Ok experiment but wasted money. Also, when none of the reviews mention using 3M Adhesion Promoter, but it is a step on the package instructions. Customer service for this company is five star, and they advised they no longer feel the promoter is required. No down side, so I bought some. If you buy, don’t put any tension on the product when installing. That might avoid my issue. Overall, mediocre product. ... show more

I'm putting 5 stars so people can see it first, I have bought easy lip in the past for my GTS Lancer and it looks great made it look lower and everything... But when I went to home depo one day I saw pretty much the exact same thing for more than half the price... GARAGE DOOR BOTTOM RUBBER! yes I'm serious... I was so pissed that I would have bought that for 9 bucks and it's rubber and not this cheap easy to rip stuff and this stuff costs 30 bucks! No way, now I have an integra and I bought the garage door bottom rubber and yes it's a bit more work but you're saving 20 dollars, so in my opinion it's worth it! This is what it looks like the the garage stuff, do you see a difference? Because I don't, and yes I had to make holes in the lip it has but I only needed to make 4 and it's on the bottoms no one would ever notice. But it's up to you guys! Just thought to give my 2 cents about it.EZ Lip is a very nice solution for ground effects for pretty much any car.. It is very simple to install. the double sided tape is fantastic and pretty much never unsticks.. make sure the bottom of your front end is clean, I use rubbing alcohol afterwards to make sure there is no nasty on the plastic and bam just roll it out and stick it on. its that simple. I used this on my 2008 Honda Accord Sedan and it came out just gorgeous.. it have the car a really nice sport look .. its flexible so, if you scrape a curb or parking space it wont hurt it. I attached a photo of the finished product on my car .. you can see the difference with the lower ez lip ... show more
