This hugely speeds up my drying time. I have very thick fine hair that seems to hold on to water like a sponge. This makes a big difference in that amount of time spent soggy and damp, and amps up how much wave I have in my hair without so much water weighing it down as it dries. Works well if you want to do this before air drying or diffusing/blow drying. My only complaint is I wish it came in a two-pack, as it definitely needs washing after every couple of uses or it starts to smell mildewy. That could just be because of the high humidity area I live in, though I’m careful to hang it where it has the best chance of drying with some airflow around it.

I feel like my hair takes longer to dry in this compared to other brands. I also think it's thinner than the rest which may contribute to my first comment. It's an okay product. Mostly use it to keep my wet hair us vs. using it to dry my hair.
