This is such a fun book, for all ages! Love the authors’ cartoon depictions guiding the reader through the book. The amount of information blew me away, and I just cannot believe this was compiled by two children (albeit teens). I haven’t been able to get through the entirety yet, but honestly had to just give props to these young authors, as this book provides so much info in an entertaining way, with great pictures/illustrations that appeal to so many different learning styles. My 5 y.o. son is obsessed with this book. Super detailed and engaging with beautiful pictures and illustrations. We love the layout. He is an early reader, but it is challenging, and he likes asking us the words he doesn’t know. (Written by my 5th grader) This book is amazing! It taught my family and I so much about Tesla and the engineering behind it! I am so stunned that 9th graders could write such a fabulous, detailed, and educational book like this one! I loved all of the fun facts in this book because they were so funny! For example, you blew my mind when you said that a Tesla could fart, and your personal stories made me laugh out loud. I was amazed that my middle schooler did not want to put down the book till he finished. Here is his review: "Great Book! Describes everything about Tesla in a way that kids can understand. Gives a helpful explanation of how things such as Regenerative brakes, Octovalve, Batteries, and Motors work and has lots of fun facts in between. It also reveals fun and interactable easter eggs within the tesla, has a price comparison with other cars, and includes an in-depth analysis on each model, including max speeds, range, peak power, and price. Includes information about powerwalls, megapacks, and superchargers. My Tesla knowledge has increased by 100% by reading this book. I was impressed by the very high quality of the writing, art, and pages/cover of the book. This book was written by kids, which puts a really fun spin on it. My kids loved the little comments from the writers. It was a nice touch that they appear as little cartoons on the pages. I actually learned a lot myself reading it with them.
