This was shipped in a new box to me, but it's clearly been on a bike before and looks like it's been in an accident. Covered in rust with a huge dent in it. It's $8 to ship it back or drive all the way to a UPS store so I guess I'm eating it.

Nuts in Bracket are super tight ending up using a torque wrench to remove it , if you sell just loose it don't efing tight it like you never remove it... Not all customer using your bracket...
