It is such a figure flattering dress! I am short and while the dress fit well, the length was extremely long and would require hemming. I ended up going with another dress for this reason, as I didnโ€™t want to deal with getting it hemmed. It is a gorgeous dress and for such a formal gown, comfort is not common, so I give it 5 stars for that reason. I really like this dress! I wore it for my sons wedding and I received many compliments. I felt pretty and like I had dressed perfectly for the occasion! Iโ€™m a big girl (3x) and this dress fit perfectly and was slimming. I would highly recommend it for any formal occasion.

This dress is stretchy. The lining and bodice is 100% knit. I thought the ribbon at the waist could be tied to cinch in the waist, but it's sewn down, no tie, and the waist is large. This is a beautiful dress but it was snug. I returned it but didn't reorder because it was too fancy for the event I was going to wear it to. But if I needed an evening dress I would definitely buy it again but in a larger size.
