I sized up like the reviews said. I’m normally a 10/12 and I ordered a 14. I was concerned about the arms before purchasing since I have bigger arms but the stretch was perfect which made the arms fit excellent. The only downside to this dress is the sequence gets stuck on each other under the arms. Lost a few sequences just trying it on. I have a feeling I’m gonna get frustrated all night with that. This dress was absolutely perfect for the occasion. I attended a very formal company party and wanted something flashy but still more on the conservative side.. this dress sparkled and was a huge hit!! Also wanted to add.. it was PERFECT length (many of the reviews say theirs were way too long..) - I did order 2 sizes just in case so I wasn’t panicking if one or the other didn’t fit last minute! I am 5’5 145lbs and ordered an 8 and 10. Ended up keeping the 8! It’s stretchy, doesn’t itch at all like most sequins do, and breathes well! Only thing I would say.. the inside of the arm, and the armpit do get caught on the sequins. It is pretty noticeable elastic hanging down but should be okay to wear at least one more time! All around, amazing dress for the money and so happy I went with it! ... show more

Positives I got compliments from complete strangers in the lobby of the hotel and at the wedding we attended It's very long even for this 6' tall. Be prepared to shorten the dress. I ordered a size 20 for the first time ever. Order one or two sizes up. The sleeves were tight and short on me as I have long arms The negative The sequins on the sleeves and the sequins on the bodice got caught all night long like literally I had to tear them away.. But for a 70$ dress I won't complain ... show more

This dress runs small, so do order up 1 size. It's super comfortable, fully lined chiffon so it does not itch, fits beautifully (ordered a size up!), and the skirt just brushes the floor, so the length is perfect (I'm 5'9" for reference)! If there is any issue with the dress, returns through Amazon are easy. I know you'll LOVE this dress, though, and it comes in sizes ranging from size 4 to size 26, as well as several beautiful colors. The colors in person are a little darker than shown online, but that's to be expected. It's an absolutely GORGEOUS dress, and you can't beat the price! You won't be disappointed ... show more

Bought for my wife to wear at a wedding. Nice fit on her, my wife mentioned that it was fit just to her body might of preferred more wiggle room. She would have picked a 20 vs an 18. I loved this dress and thought it fit true to size and the material was nicer than expected; however, the sequins snagged so easily any time I put my arms down, essentially ruining the dress. If you're ok with wearing it once and being done with it, go for it.
