    • Perfect wedding dress except for weird seams across breast
Size: 14 Color: Cream
I ordered this as a potential wedding dress for me as an older bride/second wedding. The dress is simple but very elegant and flowy, and fit comfortably. The neckline is cut really low so that you either have to go braless or wear a plunge bra or pasties, or add an insert to close the neckline up a little bit. The fabric is decent quality (no concerns), but is definitely see through and would require a slip to fully hide any undergarments. The reason I returned the dress is because it doesn't have bra cups; instead it has two separate layers of fabric underneath the outer layer which has ruching. Those inner layers both have curved seams crossing through where the cup would be. The seams didn't align with each other, so they made a weird lumpy line across the middle of each breast, which looked very deformed. This could be alleviated by adding in cups, but would require pretty significant work to reconstruct the two inner layers under the cups, and I didn't want to have to deal with that much alteration. If this wasn't an issue, this would have been my wedding dress. It was otherwise perfect. ... show more

I wear a medium and this fit like a glove. Soft feeling and elegant looking. I wore this for my son's wedding. I did tack a small piece of fabric into the v area of the neckline to cover cleavage. Good construction. Held up well to a night of dancing and then wedding cleanup. Very comfortable.

I loved this dress and wore it as Mother of the Groom. It is more true to size than many others I ordered that were similar. I did have it shortened to be tea length for a summer wedding, and it was beautiful.
