So I ordered this because the color coordinated with my school colors, but once I got to try it on I absolutely loved it for several reasons!! sizing was very good, the dress has a sheer outer layer with a light lining which was perfect its just enough to hide lines but not heavy or itchy, and the cut of the dress helps hide the mom tummy lol all in all good quality for the money! This is a very inexensive dress but it looks great and it is very pretty. For the sizes, per the chart I should be a US 14 but it was too large for me (I had to return the other dress from the same merchant on that size). Size 12US fits nice, a bit loose but I'd rather have a bit of a room if I gain weight. I'm usually size 8 US in jeans and I'm 36C for the chest area, for reference. The dress is not perfect though. The bottom is uneven in one side but for me it is not biggie and if I want to have it fixed it is an easy fix. For disclousure, I do not live in the US so I have to take so many things into consideration to avoid any possible return since it would be very expensive for me to have it sent back. My uncle came for a week to my country so I could order and only keep what fits and was able to send it back with him when he returned to the US.

This dress is really pretty! However I followed the exact measurements of the size guide which led me to believe I should order a size 16 when I usually wear a size 12-14. Even as an oversized dress, I still thought it was actually super cute but the chest/armpit area was actually pretty loose (although probably not apparent in the photos). Also I am used to a tighter sinched/ lower sinched waist as shown when I'm chinching the waist with my hand to show where the waist sinch looks best on me. I don't think it is see through at all, the top layer is definitely a see through tulle material but the underdress (whatever it is called) is a thick material which doesn't show undergarments at all and it extends to just about the shortest length of the tulle material (so fairly long, almost knee length). The back is zipper up and I like the coverage of that like armpit fat area as well. Feels very secure and well made. I personally probably won't reorder strictly because as I mentioned, I prefer my waist sinched several inches lower and I am sure smaller sized will only decrease the waist since area, but if I happen to reorder smaller, I will update my review! I would still actually recommend this dress for folks to order even though I personally will be returning the item; just order your usual size for sure. (: Last but not least on the return process, it is the first time in a while that I've been asked to print the return label and drop in of at the post office rather than dropping it off with UPS; not sure if that is a this particular item return policy or perhaps Amazom is returning to that method but just thought I'd mention it since it directly relates to the product consideration/review.

I was looking for a dress for an engagement party, being held at a wedding venue. The dress looked beautiful on, it was a little long shoulder wise, causing the chest area to be way to low. I ordered a size smaller and it fit perfect but when I went back on to the website it showed me other options, so I did buy another option and although the smaller size was perfect and beautiful, I went with the other dress, as I that lace top and satin around the waist but other wise same dress. It was hard to chose which one and I drove everyone crazy trying to make a choice. Had they not been the same dress with just 2 small things different I would have stayed with the! It is very flattering and the material is beautiful. It was a little wrinkles from being in bag, no biggie, once ithe bottom material got pressed from dry cleaner it was perfect! I did not realize it wasn't a seller refund which is annoying but otherwise, will definitely be looking for mother of groom wedding dress here. Hopefully they sell stuff like that. EVERYONE asked where I got that style dress. I felt like a princess in my flowing fancy dress!!! I am not sure what size I am reviewing, I got a 14 1st, and downsized (woo hoo) to the 12 that fit perfectly

The dress was very pretty, but ran small. My ribcage is 29 inches and my bust is 34.5 inches and the size 6 was a little snug, but not so snug it was uncomfortable, but was hard to zip up at the ruching. The color is nothing like what is represented in the picture. It was a dusty blue, and in the picture it looked like a teal color. There was one small sewing flaw in a seam, but it was on the lining so it didn't show. If you inspect the color of the dress there were tiny, darker dyed spots that again, didn't show in the big picture and overall the color was consistent in the dress. The lining was more of a pastel blue and looked okay under the sheer handkerchief outer layer. It looked nice but I probably wouldn't buy it again because it didn't meet my expectations for the color. Sorry, I don't have a picture of the dress. It took me 30 minutes to iron it because it came all wrinkled in a plastic bag.

I ordered 3 of these dresses for my elopement. 2 of the dresses were very nice and comfortable; the lilac one however was an XS and nothing like what i ordered (i ordered an xl). That was fine shipping mistake i understand that and i had 2 other dresses to choose from. I processed my return, packaged, and sent it back. After 2 weeks i still did not get my refund i contacted Amazon customer service and was informed that my return had been received 2days after i shipped it but the refund was never issued.

I ordered a similar dress on SHEIN but unfortunately, it was way too small. So I had to go with Plan B and order a dress on Amazon for a wedding. This dress was true to size, and I only had to take in the shoulders by an inch so my bust wasn’t hanging out all over the place. It also hides your tummy pudge, which is great.
