Description

Yes! The Original EVENup provides 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch or 1 1/4 inch height adjustments. The Original EVENup now offers 3 height adjustments compared to other shoe lifts that don't provide height adjustments. To ensure you are purchasing the Original EVENup, make sure it has a Turquoise colored bottom. While wearing a walking boot, there will be a height difference between the foot with the orthosis and your uninjured foot. Simply slip on the ORIGIONAL EVENup onto the sole of the shoe of your uninjured foot to help adjust for the height difference while walking around during your recovery.

My son has limb length discrepancy and while lengthening surgery is still years ahead, he needs a shoe leveler until then. The problem is custom shoe adaptations cost a lot (hundreds of $), which would be OK for an adult, but for a kid that grows a number every 6 months this is not practical. This lift works just perfectly, allows you to change between different shoes, and gives a nice balance to the discrepancy, for an extremely affordable price, even our orthopedist got surprised by its effectiveness on kids and asked where we bought it. I must say it doesn't work with all types of shoes, since the rubber in the front side must be over the toes, it works best with hard tip shoes (boots, crocks, chuck taylor), rather than running sneakers.     • A necessity for a child in a walking cast!

I bought this for my 3 year old when she was in a full leg cast. The cast and walking boot were so thick on the bottom that it threw her off balance. This shoe lift was perfect! It stayed secured to her shoe the entire time she had the cast, which was during the summer so it got a lot of use. She was able to walk (and run) well and didn't have any trouble with tripping or rolling her foot. Sizing was true. My only issue is an xs is too short but more stable and better than s. I am a 7.5 in size. It works better with a hearty show or boot. It wants to slip over a sandal or croc and gets in the way of your foot. Still, I wouldn't wear a medical boot without one of these!

I used to recommend this product to everyone I saw that would benefit from using it since I bought it a few years ago when I bout it after food surgery, and it was great! Sadly, it broke second day of usage, twisted my food, couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get refunded, and for someone with pretty low income, that can’t get her money back and lost a week of work because the “good” foot was hurt because the product broke on her…. It’s pretty disappointing and sadly I recommend this product to my podiatrist after what happened he wasn’t so sure about it. ... show more

What a difference this made for my daughter when she was transitioned over to a walking boot. There was well over a 4-5 inch height difference between the walking boot and her uninjured foot. After going to several stores and being unable to find a shoe sole high enough, I found this product on amazon. Once it arrived right away she was able to ditch the crutches and with practice was walking. What a lifesaver this has been definitely recommend this product to anyone wearing a walking boot.     • Works but already falling apart after 2 weeks of use

Bought for my 6 year old when he broke his leg and was in a boot. After two weeks, one of the rubber straps holding it onto the shoe is starting to break. Once it does, there is no way to use/fit it again. Even the Velcro strap on the top is falling apart.
