Product came folder over itself in the box. Understand that it needs to be made smaller to ship. Not free to return and will pay the extra money for my body shop to repair it when painting. Did not come with hardware to facilitate installation.

I was concerned about it being folded- it's no problem at all! Where and how it's folded is just fine, and it mostly reset itself in my living room overnight. I'll sit it outside in the sun later if I need to. There are no cracks or creases, no gouges or scrapes. It feels just like the original, not floppy and flimsy. This piece was a perfect fit for my 2004 GMC Sierra P/U. Took it to a paint shop to have it matched with existing paint. Turned out great. This is an excellent bargain for a body part of this type.

    • If the temperature outside is 70 degrees or warmer, you can leave it in the sun to reform.
It took several days for the valance to reform from shipping. I just brought it in the house where the temperature was warm and it reformed on its own. The plastic has memory and was no big deal. Installed it with no problem at all. It is very good product for the money. I purchased all new plastic push pins, which I would recommend, because they are inexpensive and won’t be brittle like old ones were. ... show more
