I'm 5'5 and currently 140lbs, approx. 34C chest. I usually wear a Medium in shirts from Amazon, sometimes a Small. I ordered the Medium in this shirt and it was too loose in the bodice. The bodice has quite a lot of stretch so a Small might work better, but I do wish the body was just a tad longer to account for boobs pulling the bottom of the front up a bit.
