Nothing not to like. Apple shape would need to size up one to two sizes. I am 5'10" and weight 230. I normally wear size 16 jeans from Target. I am modeling a size 18. For comfort I'd size up yo a 20. These are for my mom who is pear shape whose weight fluctuates between 190 and 200 and is 5'7". She likes that the waist stretches for her belly and they are soft without being pajamas. She doesn't have the hour glass anymore after several surgeries, so it's difficult for her to find jeans that fit and look modern. We both wear size 16, but these are 18. Because of my hips I probably need to size up. We'll see how they shrink after washing and report back. Oh and the length is great for tall girls. Petite's may need to hem them or wear heels. My apple shape is in the video modeling for mom. These are okay for the assembly job work, running errands, for dog walks but not for special occasions. Special occasions need a thicker denim and a darker color.

I love the fit of these jeans! I disagree with the reviewer who says they're not real denim; they are, just incredibly stretchy and quite soft (and thinner than denim from brands like Levis, but I actually like that because it allows them to be stretchier and have a better fit). They hug my butt and slim my waist without constricting my stomach so much it hurts, and the legs are wide enough to be fashionable without making me feel like I'm wearing JNCO jeans. My one complaint is that the colors in the photos are not true to real life AT ALL. Thank goodness for the photos other reviewers left, because "Blue" is the only color I actually like in person, but it looks weirdly bright on screen. In person, I think it's a great, classic-to-light wash. This is the only color that I kept, and the one I’m wearing in my photos. I had high hopes for "Light Blue" because I prefer lighter wash jeans these days, but it lacked depth that good looking denim has. You know how there's a slight range in darks and lights at the seams and in different parts of the fabric? "Light Blue" didn't have that, it was all one shade, which personally I think looks cheap...more fabric-looking than real denim wash, if that makes sense. That was also my issue with "Jeans Blue", that it was all one shade of pretty dark blue. "Vintage Blue" had a surprisingly yellow tint to the blue, so much so that it looks grey in photos. It doesn't look grey in person, but it makes the jeans look very dirty, like you've been walking around a ranch all day kicking up dust. Not my style personally, but to each their own. If any of those colors appeal to you, I think the fit of these jeans are worth it. I haven't washed my pair yet so I don't know what the shrinking situation is like.

I bought one pair ( I thought it was a 12 short) I'm 5'3", 145lb (thick waisted). Even though they were a short, they were still a little too long for me, and I'll need to hem. The waist was a little tighter than prefer. I did really like how they fit nicely thru the stride, and hung nice. Very becoming. I thought I'd order a 14 S, to see if better in waist. Turns out the first pair was a 14 S! Even though the same size, the second pair didn't fit or look as well as the first ones did. I'm tempted to try a 16s to see how they'd do, but know they'd be too large thru the stride and butt area. I think I'm keeping the first pair. After all the reviews I thought they'd be a little lighter weight than they are. I live in FL so that's important for me. They're a nice weight, but not abnormally "light". They also don't look baggy on me as others mentioned. I'm just really tired of skinny jeans, and wanted something different. Think these look good and are flattering.

Order the size 2 regular. For reference my measurements are 24.5" waist and 35" hip. The jeans fit perfectly around my waist without needing a belt which is a rare occurrence for me. Besides the sizing, however, the jeans are way over priced and the color is off. As you can see, I ordered the "regular blue" yet, the actual color that they came as is not as blue as pictured and actually seems like what the "light blue" option looks like. The material is also not real denim, so there is no vintage look to them at all. The material is like a jegging: super stretchy. Also, the button is really flimsy and seems like it will fall off easily. I returned them because $46 dollars for these is over priced.

These jeans are not at all baggy and are very flattering on my hourglass body shape. They are a great deal for the money I spent for them because the material of these has a quality thickness to them.

The legs are baggy, which I guess is true to the current style, but I have trouble standing buttons digging into my belly and the waist on these jeans seems smaller than usual. I returned one pair in my normal size and sized up but the waist still digs in. I kept the second pair, thinking they should stretch a little, but the waist is still uncomfortable so I’ll probably donate them since I’ve had them for a while.
