Box came in a beat up black box, and the tape that would keep it closed and “new” gift was cut like it was used before (couldn’t you just re-tape it at-least??), rose was cut out and was loose in plastic container on top, and showed hot glue to put it together, and necklace had a scratch on it. I don’t usually write reviews even if a product doesn’t work. But this was really messed with. I wouldn’t recommend. I wrote a 5-star review which for some reason has never appeared, so I'm writing another one. I emailed a copy of my original review to the seller with zero expectations, and yesterday I received another rose! It's about a third smaller than the rose my husband gave me but it's just as beautiful. Very impressed, both with the products and with the seller. Both roses are exquisite.
