TL/DR: Excellent construction. 34" inseam option is fantastic. Soft, mostly cotton (yay!), sturdy, medium-to-lightweight twill fabric. Size 28 seemed 1-2 sizes too big in the waist, per the size chart, but I don't yet know if they will shrink. Ordered: 28x34L in taupe My Hips: 36". Waist: 29.5"-30". WAIST SIGNIFICANTLY TOO LARGE: My measurements on the Size Chart indicate a 28. I was psyched to find a 28 with a 34-in inseam. It's tough finding any pants that small with a 34-in inseam. => FIVE STARS for offering four different inseams, for every waist size. Regrettably, there's a size or two extra room at the waist, and no smaller waist sizes added. I don't know yet if they will shrink, but I will try hot water. I'm keeping the pants, and will use with a belt, because of the 34" inseam length, and the reasonably lightweight mostly-cotton fabric. Those features are hard to find, but desirable in hot, humid SW Florida.
