The shirt is nice enough. It's a nice, vibrant color, slightly tailored. The cuffs are the traditional stiff ones. There is a pattern inside the neck collar that I feel makes the shirt look more informal than a work shirt, which is the reason I returned it. Otherwise, it fits as expected. I'm 5'6", between 145-150lbs, and a large was fine without being tight or too boxy.
