Bought these middle of November 2023. It is now beginning of July 2024. The front strap on my mouse hand is hanging by 4 threads. The rest performed very well. I was getting intense lat pains and tension headaches. These stopped it for me. I found them comfortable but the strap needs some reinforcement (specifically, the left side of the front wide/larger part ).

My main goal was to increase the armrest height of my new office chair because the armrests were too low for my preference and not adjustable. These are easy to install and adjust. They are soft and comfortable while still providing good arm support throughout an 8 hour work day.

I got these for my office chair for after I had surgery and they helped a lot! Very soft. However, the Velcro part will stick to your clothes and snag them!

TERRIBLY CONSTRUCTED STRAPS TO ARMREST-! For the record: I am on my 2nd purchase of the 'Prodious Ergonomic-Office-Chair-Armrest-Pads' in 3 months. That's 2 Pairs. That's a lot of money to me. Comfy yes -- but the Velcro Straps are Terribly Secured. Terribly Anchored to the Cushion part. Twice they have snapped off the armrest when bumped on the sides. Twice! Note: One does as indicated by securing the straps. That's the 'z' up and down. But the 'y' motion sideways is voraciously under-secured at the base of the strap to the armrest. In short, Amazon should and must test the stuff out they sell. The trust factor with too many Amazon goods is getting lower than whale poop for we consumers. It has for me. Really and truly, it's disappointed city again and again. But for some who are handicapped, like me, this venue is the only game in town. I am a senior citizen and this is unconscionable that we consumers who have a reasonable expectation of usage must be subjected to shoddy products like this. You may as well duct tape it to your armrest. Better chance it will stay and not break. But, gee-whiz ... Jeff B. is the 2nd richest person on Earth thanks to us consumers (suckers) who need an Amazon. Grrrr. In short -- comfy yes, but do not expect if you bump the secured straps sideways that it will stay. Nupe. It will break off. It will.

I had a similar purchase a couple year ago whose sponge is not longer useful. So bought this as a replacement. This one seems more firm yet comfortable than the previous one.
