The cost of this product is perfect - it looks good, fits great, and is fairly comfortable! The shiny material sheds a bit, and the next day I had several tiny silver specks all over my phone case, bed, and other places that I had worn the costume which was a bit tedious to clean. The waist band is also fairly tight elastic and can be a tad uncomfortable, so I was debating cutting the elastic in the waist band to keep it buckled, but decided to keep it and was happy with my decision - it adds shape to your body instead of looking like a box in a jumpsuit. Overall - very happy I got this product! For the price, it was a phenomenal Halloween costume, and I would highly recommend.

Pros: I would say the quality is pretty good to better than I expected. This is a costume so, it won't hold up to a lot of wear. The material is pretty thin. If I hold it over my face I can actually see through it (so, dress accordingly). But generally, I think it will make a good costume. The patches are sewn on so, they are removable. Also, it came VERY quickly. I am impressed. Cons: The length is fine but I guess they don't make these in a size that a middle-aged man can wear. I bought the biggest size available (according to their size chart) but cannot zip it closed. My normal clothes run just as the chart indicates. (An inch is the same length the world over, isn't it?) Conclusion: Would recommend. I like the costume. Just wish it fit. This is a nice costume for Halloween or a costume party as long as you are in good shape and aren't going to wrestle space aliens. (You'll end up ripping your costume like Captain Kirk!) I think they need 3 or even 4 X sizes. It's not that far off fitting. I may add gussets if I can match the material. (Or if they replace mine with a bigger size. Hint, hint.)

I ended up returning this, unfortunately. It looked really good! It has no forgiveness in sizing though and was just a tad too tight at the hips. Because it cannot stretch at all I couldnt wear it without fear of ripping it. It could benefit from just a bit of elastic at the waist to allow for movement without straining the fabric. It is also VERY hot! I planned to wear this for halloween but there was no way I would be able to wear this inside at all. Way way too warm. Like wearing a mylar emergency blanket!

I am 5’11 and 165 lbs and I got the medium and it fit pretty well. Like most of the other reviews, the legs are about 3-4 inches shorter than you’d expect but with high top shoes you’ll be good. I wore my grey timberlands with mine and it was perfect. The waist line is a little high as well, it’s more so around the belly button region and the waist band inside is a really good stretchy band so it fits snug. Overall I’d probably get a large if I were to do it over again, but the costume itself worked really well. It looked fabulous. I went out dancing with my girlfriend on Halloween and had zero issues.

Do you need some science fiction in your life? Check this out: I got this costume for the funk shows I routinely attend, in case the mothership comes, you know? So the first time I get it, I take it to the show and put it on just as Kung Fu comes on, and it's a great show, until a world-famous country singer drunkenly barges on stage and treats these guys like a back-up band. Strange. A few days later, the suit was worn by a pole dancer on Halloween for her night off. A couple of weeks later the suit may have prompted the Disco Biscuits to play the song, "Astronaut." It reflects laser light in interesting, non-harmful ways. It's gonna bring the mothership to me, some day. I know it. But let's note what it is. This is essentially a Tyvek chemical suit with a silver exterior. It's hot if you're dancing in it or even walking around with normal clothes under it. I roll with underwear only underneath and unzip as necessary, and that works really well at shows. But once outside, cold wind cuts straight through it. It crackles, so don't put it on people who are going to pass out, and you probably won't want to use it as a union suit around the house. It has numerous functional pockets that you probably shouldn't trust to last for long. I expect it to wear through at the pocket corners and other places, and my plan is to mend it mostly from the inside with strips of Gorilla tape. People are gonna slap your sleek ass. And some day, I am sure, it will die the death of all disposable chemical suits, while I'm using it, no doubt. For now it's holding up well after at least 40 hours of dancing, driving, walking, and gesturing for aliens.
