These folders are vinyl please take note of that I thought they were paper but their a vinyl material and the labels with it don't seem to stick well and they have a satin texture to them making writing on these with any type of marker pen etc smears and is not as sufficient as I would of liked. However the quality and photo show exactly how these look and if the above isn't an issue then these would be great for you.

I reuse my Manila folders and many of them have seen better days over the course of a couple of decades. The labels have been ripped off and replaced multiple times and the tabs are now all thin and crumpled so I cannot even see the labels. So I was happy to see these. The color options will allow me to use folders based on category and these will last longer than their predecessors.

We go through so many file folders for storing various paperwork. Part of the reason is the wear and tear on typical cardstock file folders. What I love about these particular folders is they are plastic and much, much more durable. Water doesn't damage them. The corners don't get crushed or frayed from repeated use. Even removable labels would damage the cardstock but don't damage plastic. Sure these cost more, but if using for a business or for things like keeping documents separate until tax time, the price difference is worth it. I can use these for years rather than months.

I read the reviews, which stated these are sturdy and wonderful. They are NOT sturdy, do not hold my client's paperwork well and nowhere near the quality of the ones I use now. Old folder is gray, New folder is pink. 1st photo: Both empty. 2nd photo: Mine with 25 sheets of paper. 3rd and 4th photo: New with 25 sheets of paper. NOT STURDY! NOT QUALITY! Returning them today.

I love these folders. They'll last forever, and they're so pretty. They came with complementary labels. I tend to use Post-it notes to label folders so that I can easy swap them out, and those stick just fine to these. These do sit about 1/4" shorter than the folders we usually use, so they sit lower in a hanging file and are a little harder to read labels, especially when intermixed with regular folders. I'm including a photo that shows the difference between a purple folder from this pack and a red folder from a normal paper folder for comparison. I don't think it's enough of a difference to sway a buying decision, but it's something to be aware of.
