This item came very quickly and was well packaged. I bought it for mood lighting while making videos. I have not attempted to stick it to the wall yet so I can't tell you if it will stay on. The walls in my home nothing sticks to anyway. It is very thin tape so you could not lay it flat if you wanted to. The remote is a little wonky and you have to aim it at a certain spot on the tape. The color quality is not as vibrant as I had hoped but I believe the nature of this product is to provide background lighting against a wall. You can't go wrong for the price. It works! ... show more

Overall I’m happy with my purchase. It was very inexpensive and it provides a nice glowing shroud around the TV. A couple of issues. - I have a 65” TV and it only fit halfway around the TV so I will need to buy another. I put it about 3” from the edge of the TV. - The adhesion is not very good. When peeling the adhesive backing, it pulled the adhesive portion with it at times. When finished the adhesive piece had a bunch of spotty holes. - this does not go around corners well. You can’t curve it at all so in the corners you are forced to have it lifted away from the TV. - finally, the remote is very cheap. After the first time I clicked on the W button, none of the other buttons worked. I had to unplug them pkug back in, then press around on the remote before anything worked. So I have it set on a soft blue and will just leave it. ... show more

I bought these lights to add a little more color effects to my tv. The first lights I got did not all work correctly. The seller, Chris, reached out to me to offer some suggestions and tips for mounting the lights behind my tv. He was very friendly and helpful. When I asked him why all the lights do not change colors at the same time nor were they all on at once, he shipped another set out to me. When I pulled the protective backing off the sticky side, much of the adhesive remained on the tape, so it fell off half of my tv almost immediately after I took the picture. The remote has to point directly at the box to work. They will not go entirely around a 43" TV - they will leave an entire side of a 43" TV blank, so part of it was dark when I put it up against the wall. I went to return it, the UPS box cost $7.99 and the product refund is 7.91, so in order to be refunded, I have to be inconvenienced to drive 25 minutes to the UPS store and drop them off....Needless to say they went straight into the garbage and I am out seven bucks. ... show more

I've used this brand on previous monitors and have never had an issue. I just upgraded to dual 27" monitors and the 2 pack for perfectly. Nice and bright with great color options. It's nice that 1 remote controls both strips. Overall, great product.

I bought a similar string elsewhere, and believe it or not, they had no controller. They required an app on your phone! This one comes with a controller that is very easy to use and works perfectly. I will continue to buy these as a represent a great value for the money.
