The oven takes forever to heat up for a quick frozen pizza! But the knobs and glass on the front of the oven get so hot they are dangerous! (see first picture- heat pattern escaping around knobs).Beware if you have any children around it! The burner for the oven is a lonely strip under the oven floor, and drip pan. All the heat escapes out the front which is good in that we have it in a cabinet, but bad for the knob location. I turned temperature knob to heat oven to 350 degrees and after 10 minutes it moved the oven gauge I had in the oven to about 110 degrees. (see second picture.) After 15 minutes the oven was at 200 degrees see third picture). Finally after 34 minutes it achieved the 300 degrees (fourth picture) and I gave up for this review. My house is 75 degrees, I am not in the arctic trying to heat an oven from below zero to 350 degrees. We put on the broil to heat up oven, then turn to bake. We can cut the time to get to 350 by doing this. But knobs and glass front get even hotter using this work around. The timer is analog; I set oven timer for 20 minutes and timed it with an Alexa timer. Oven timer was about 35 seconds slow and has one 'ding' when it goes off. Listen up, it is your only chance. One knob for temperature "control" and I use this term loosely. It is impossible to see if the burner for the oven has ignited. Listen for the swoosh. Scary. It is cheaply made too. When we installed the screws to hold oven in cabinet the porcelain cracked and chipped off. We use it just as a warming oven. Thank goodness it is a second oven for the house. If you rely on this for your cooking, you will be sorely disappointed. It is not easy to install either. Getting to the orifices to change for propane took an act of congress. The price reflects what you get. My advice, save up your money and get a better gas wall oven. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall we're happy with the oven but it makes this sound constantly! The clock doesn't keep time nor does the timer function really work which isn't a huge deal but this constant sound is somewhat annoying! It's definitely coming from the clock but there's no way, at least on the outside, to disable it. Any ideas? ... show more

We have purchased several of these units and about half of the time we end up sending it back for an exchange. This time the manufacturer is not being as cooperative. Thus the two stars. I would not buy this item again.

Easy install once wire colors are translated. Convenient size, clock on some other planet's time. However, once in place and used...this is a great single oven. I did have contact with customer support and their response was fast, concerned and put their star rating up. When you buy a product that has good support staff as they do, it impacts the whole package. I wish it came with two racks and I wish the clock kept the correct time. But...still 5 stars. I found an identical rack on Amazon...where else? ... show more

The oven never worked. I do not use the oven often. When I want to use it, the burner keeps shutting off. I have to keep light it again and again. I have to keep an eye on the flame. Every christmass when I want to bake something it's the same thing.

    • This built-in Oven Looks Great, but doesn't WORK

We arranged through Amazon to have this new gas wall oven installed. The installer charged an additional fee. The oven only bakes for about 10 to 15 minutes and shuts OFF. We had the tech return to test the oven. Tech said it works. The oven continues to shut off after 10- to 15 minutes. It does not get hot enough to bake anything. Since we have paid extra to modify the cabinet to fit this new oven in, we would like to get it to work right. No luck yet! ... show more

The knobs get extremely hot when on bake selection. The temperature is deceiving and the worst part is that tray on the bottom that so difficult to clean and stripes off the paint (cover) surface leaving white metal marks. Now, is the light inside the oven that burned out and there is no light bulb but something else that I don't know how and with what to replace it in order to have light when is on.
