DO NOT BOTHER! I loved the mug for exactly two weeks, until it refused to pair with my phone with any consistency. If I do a factory reset, it will work for a day or two, and then it is right back to the same problem. Usually take a few tries on the reset. Customer service is completely non-existent. I emailed them 3 times until I finally got an AI response saying they were escalating it, and then never heard again. Have emailed twice more, nothing. The folks at SMRTMUGG actually tried to help me with my Ember when I asked about their product. So... umm... I got better customer service from a competitor that I never purchased anything from. Alas, they couldn't solve it, but they tried. Ember is getting one last chance to do right, but I will likely just be returning the product and moving on. My story is not unique. ... show more

Many problems with the charging base on this—my second— mug. Both times the same problem: charging prongs get stuck in the lower position and do not make contact with the cup. Ember has not replied to to two requests to replace the base, so poor support adds to the unpleasant experience. Can’t recommend! ... show more

Received as a gift. Stopped working 4 months later, loved it was going to buy the mug then my cup stopped working. Trouble shoot did not work. Customer service was terrible never getting back with me on two attempts. I do not recommend because of no customer service support.
