I have neck and back pain and also grind my teeth terribly at night. I have been on a years-long quest for a better pillow, and I have tried more of them than I can count- including about four previously of this same basic cervical ergonomic design, with the weird shape and the divot for the head, etc. I don't know what it is about this one, if it just fits my body or what, but this is THE ONE. This is finally the perfect one for me and my body proportions. The others I tried, I gave a long effort to - they all said give yourself a week to get used to it, etc, and they were uncomfortable but I tried. *This* pillow was perfect from the very first night I used it. It's also less expensive than some of the others, especially the Tempurpedic one which was the most expensive and the LEAST comfortable. (I do have a tempurpedic mattress and love that, but man, no more tempurpedic pillows.) I'm an average sized woman, 5'6" tall with basically average proportions, if that helps you make your decision. I sleep equally on my back and both sides, and this pillow is the only one that has also been comfortable in all those positions, AND doesn't require me to completely readjust the pillow when I turn over. I can just turn, and it's right. So far my jaw is a lot less sore in the morning, too, and I think that means I am grinding my teeth less with this pillow. Everyone is different, and certainly the other pillows I tried and hated also had many good reviews, but FWIW I bothered to come in to write this review to say finally, this pillow works for me after trying soooo many different ones. The media could not be loaded. I had this pillow for a week now. It's extremely comfortable and supports my neck very well. When you lay down on back with the pillow under your head, you can feel the memory foam and its contours working their thing to relax your spine unlike regular pillows. Also, I tend to roll on my side when asleep, but this pillow perfectly supports my head even then and most importantly the slant cut on the front on the pillow perfectly tucks my shoulder under it, thus taking off any pressure on my shoulder (side sleepers can relate). And I'm tall guy who works out everyday, so any discomfort while sleeping at night used to cause backache or shoulder pains or at times both. This pillow has helped me get rid of those pain. 10/10 would recommend. ... show more

So I needed another pillow and was disgusted by the prices at the big box store for memory foam. Got this pillow based on reviews and am very happy! It’s the perfect thickness if you sleep on your belly or side. The indentations are very nice and it’s very form-fitting. Fits all pillow cases—- just be sure to wash the cover. I was hesitant to order this as there were only a few reviews, but the description of the pillow is straightforward. It is memory foam, a wonderful, supportive shape and large enough for my queen bed. I am a side and back sleeper with severe neck and back pain. At first I was worried it might hurt my neck after waking up but no it was actually super comfortable and I loved how supportive it was for my head and the shape of it rlly helped!

I have bulging discs in my neck so was looking for something to relieve the pain. When I woke up the next morning I was in even worse pain than when I use a regular pillow. It gets 3 stars because after about 6 unused cat beds later my cat finally found his purrfect one, thus saving me money and effort in not having to continue the cat bed quest. ... show more

This is a mixed review. I've had the pillow a few weeks and it definitely reduces my neck and shoulder pain. I'm a side sleeper and I am sleeping like a stone and waking up rested and pain-free. But also, every night when I go to bed I think "Dang! This pillow is so hard and uncomfortable!" I don't feel that way in the morning. It is odd. Still, less neck and shoulder pain! This pillow is great for my neck since I always get cramps in my neck when I wake up. The memory foam feels comfortable on my shoulders and neck. Also since I like to sleep in my tummy this product helps me not wake up with sore shoulders. The pillows design is sophisticated and looks very neat.
