This is a great sunscreen, and I use it on my arms chest and neck. It does initially have a white-purplish cast, but it fades quickly. If you use a ton at first, that white cast is way more apparent, so with practice and experience, you learn how much is enough and not too-much. This really does protect my skin from getting burnt, so when I know I'll be outside for much of the worst part of the day, I am sure to use this on any exposed skin, aside from my face. I have been using this product for years. I like that I am able to order off Amazon, as it is usually sold in a dermatologist office or a med spa. I have very sensitive skin and eyes and chemical sunscreen really irritate my skin and make my eyes water. However, I can put this sunscreen right up underneath my eyes with absolutely no problem and because it is tinted there is no white cast. My mom also uses this sunscreen, and we get compliments on our skin very often. I received real Elta MD sunscreen, not a knockoff. It was in the normal box, wasn’t tampered with, expiration date is end of next year, and it had the exact appearance/texture as what I get from the dermatologist. I’ve used it several times with the same protection I’m used to. If you’ve never used Elta sunscreen products, you’re missing out. It’s the best sunscreen I’ve used. Literally nothing gets through.
