Pros: Great Halloween costume. More realistic-looking than any DIY effort. Cons: It was a little difficult to get on because the fabric doesn't stretch at all. I'd order a size up if you're worried about it fitting. Also, although Waldo is traditionally hard to spot, it's not because of his outfit. I wanted to blend into a crowd and this outfit didn't help at all. In fact, it only drew more attention to me. I was easily spotted countless times. Strangers proclaimed, "I found you!" and "There's Waldo!". In short, this outfit will only make you difficult to find if you're in a crowd of odd, brightly (or similarly) dressed people.

What a fun costume! A group of us went to a music festival all dressed as Waldo for Halloween and these costumes were a hit! Not only were the glasses cute, in the goofiest way, but all three pieces were of very high quality. Initially I thought this was going to be a one-time wear sort of costume, but the shirt provided is super soft and comfortable! My boyfriend even said he plans on wearing the shirt on a normal day because it fit well and looked really good. This shirt is also super light-weight and breathable. I am a female who purchased this male costume and although the small ran a little large, it was nothing to be concerned about, better too big than too small! I was a bit worried, considering we were in 80 degree weather, that the long sleeves would be too hot, but this shirt was perfect! The glasses were a little hard to see through because they were plastic, but they were necessary to complete the outfit! Overall 5 stars for the quality, cuteness and crowd-pleaser these costumes brought to ourselves and those who wanted to be Waldo with us!

Everything about this costume is great, except for one thing. The collar seems like it was made to fit someone's neck up to the size of a medium-sized tree trunk. I don't understand why it's not made like any other normal shirt collar, but that's how this one is. Otherwise, the shirt is, if I'm remembering right, 100% Polyester, so don't go thinking it'll shrink to fit you if it's too big out of the box; you're just out of luck then. In my case, with the Small/Medium fit, it is great. I'm 5'10" and about 164 lbs, so for those looking for a reference, this size fit the bill. The quality of each part of this costume isn't bad either. The shirt feels comfortable, the hat fits well, and the glasses sit very snug too. Gonna work well at Halloween parties!

I'm slim and wear Medium shirts, and the Small-Medium size fit me just right. (I also kind of look like Waldo :)) I do feel it should be cheaper than $20, but considering PartyCity wanted $40 for the exact same outfit I suppose it's at least competitively priced. The shirt is comfortable and of ok build quality, but it looks cheap so I don't plan on wearing it normally. As a costume though the whole setup was great. Preparation is as easy as putting on a shirt, hat, glasses, then finding yourself a nice, comfortable pair of jeans. Despite the lack of effort, I was instantly recognized as Waldo by nearly everyone at my party, and while it won't win you any "best costume" awards, just about everyone respects it. After the party though, we went to a bar, and there must have been at least a dozen other Waldos at just that one bar on a street full of bars! (Mind you I live in the middle of the 4th biggest city.) So while it is a super easy and respectable costume (probably answered around 30 "I found you Waldo!" comments), possibly for those reasons it's also not a very unique costume if that's what you're going for. Overall though, it was just wanted for this year.

After reading these reviews, I was hesitant to purchase 2 of these costumes. I was so worried the shirts would be way too small for my husband and I. I just received them today, and they fit perfectly! Granted, the sleeves are a bit big and long on me, as I am female, but other than that, there is extra room for both of us in our shirts. I am 5'6, wear a size L-XL in ladies' shirts and a large in men's shirts. I am very "blessed" in the bust to be honest, and I ordered the size large. There was still plenty of room for me in it. My husband is 6'1 and normally wears a men's size medium-large shirt. I also ordered the large for him. The sleeves fit him much better. The length was perfect on his long frame. I didn't find the material was super thin, like many said. If anything, I'd say it doesn't breathe enough. To be fair, I live in a hot climate. Some of our Halloweens are warm and some are cool. Hopefully it's a cool one this year, or we'll be burning up in these shirts! Quite a few people said to order a size above what you would normally wear. That was not the case for us. Maybe the shirts are inconsistent, or have been in the past. But I tried on both sets and they fit me exactly the same. The hats were perfectly sized, as well. The only complaint I have is with the glasses. They are super small. My husband's were too tight for comfort. Unfortunately, we're going to have to find him a different pair at goodwill or some other cheap store. All-in-all, a decent buy for Halloween. It was worth the price!

Pricey for a shirt/hat/glasses costume combo. It was great for a costume in a pinch if you're pressed for time to put together a costume for a party/etc. It's a little thin on the materials for the shirt and hat, and they washed well after the party so they can be used again. I give this 3 stars only because it's was over $30 for what we got.
