I bought this pack of glue to use for a class that I am taking. It is a rope bowl class. I have used Elmers's glue before, Elmers's glue is always a good product. If you need some get this pack, great for gluing any kind of papers etc together. Will last a long time.

Always in need of glue when you have a school aged kiddo or when doing crafts at home with my girl. I've come to rely on Elmer's since I was in school so I find the glue sticks to be of the same quality I've come to expect. Each stick holds plenty of glue and holds solid once dry. We use it with paper plate projects, kids fun foam, and other assorted kiddo crafts. I am super pleased to have found this on sale in a 4 pack. Overall. Same great brand in a stick.     • Great for costumes!
This might be kind of a strange use for these but I used them for a costume where I needed to glue down my eyebrows and have lots of scars on my face and they worked perfectly for that! I had never used glue sticks for that kind of SFX makeup but they looked really great!

This glue stick is washable and very dependable. I like these features very much and also a child can use it by him/herself. It sticks very well on almost any kind of crafting material, wood, glass, fabrics of all kinds etc. There is only one thing I do not like and that is the temptation to use it as 'Lip Balm'. It is very easy for a child to think it is lipstick or chapstick. Other than that, I think it is a great product for preschool children.     • Great glue stick
I do not know anyone who hasn't used and trusted Elmer's glue. I have used it my whole life and I am a grandma! I had a different brand of glue stick that I picked up at a craft store before, but it dried up before I even wanted to use it. I needed this product to copy on fabric. You just use the glue stick on a sheet of copy paper and cover with the fabric you want to print on making sure it is smooth and fits the sheet of paper exactly. The stick works great and I have never had a problem with the fabric going through the printer. Then just peel the fabric from the sheet of paper. Let that fabric sit back side down until you are sure the glue stick has dried. I use them as personalized quilt labels for my quilts. Thanks Elmers for another great product! ... show more

Tried it to compare to the Scotch brand and found it easier to use and a much better product. The Scotch brand has a tendency to get too gooey and soft. Only down side is you loose some of of the glue stick at the end as the glue part sticks into the top and you loose some of the glue with it. That has happened on three sticks so far so be careful not to leave too much glue showing at least near end of tube as you will lose it. Hope that makes sense. ... show more
