The dress fit as expected. It is thin (see-through.) If modesty is important to you, you will need a full slip or half slip with a camisole!! It does not rise up when you are seated. This is important because I plan to wear it in a choir stand. It feels very comfortable on. The only problem is I tried it on before washing and started itching (YIKES!)
