Because of the extremely low price of this skateboard is why I said ‘unexpectedly’ in my description. I honestly was expecting to have major problems with this order, firstly because of the price and secondly because there was only one review. That being said, I ordered it anyway, and an extremely glad I did! The skateboard came exactly as described all the pieces were included and put together already and it arrived exactly on the day it was scheduled to.     • I was shocked it showed up
It's an actual element board, trucks and wheels, be sure you tighten everything down and will be super beneficial to add some new bearings and bushings on the trucks. It's good quality and definitely a great starter board for the kids and for the 35-year-olds attempting to skate again.
