Okay, so I bought this blanket for my husband who is SO overheated in bed no matter what time of year. I ordered the smaller size and it works really well. My husband keeps it on his side of the bed and he says it’s the perfect size for him. He’s a big, broad dude at 5’11”. It’s super silky on one side and soft, but not as silky on the other. The first night he slept with the silky side down and he described it as “slinky” and it just slid right off of him in the night, lol. The other side (while soft) has that material that snags on everything so if your feet/hands/knees, etc. are dry, this blanket will stick to them like Velcro. The cooling effect is outstanding. It was VERY comfortable temperature wise and he really does love it, he just has to keep it silky side down and hope it doesn’t fall off of him lol

I haven't had it long enough to know if it's going to feel the same in the summer, but I can definitely feel that it is cooler against the skin. If you use another blanket on top, it holds the heat in. But I've got no complaints. It does what it says it would do in my opinion. Common sense tells you it will be warmer if you use it with another blanket lol. It does tend to slide up but that doesn't bother me too much. It's very silky and soft to the touch and feels good on my skin. Yes I would buy again.

Great for hot climates and hot sleepers. Our Florida family is loving these blankets. The only downfall is that these blankets cannot be tumbled dry…so air drying them is the only option that kinda makes it harder for upkeep because we like to keep our bed linens nice and fresh! Otherwise I would have given this blanket a 5 star!

This blanket fells so cool to the touch. I love it. It actually helps keep me cool at night. I would have given it 5 stars, but The only problem is that it much smaller than a normal Queen. therefore, I need to order a larger one so that it hangs over the sides of my bed.
