I am very glad that I purchased this item as it looks very nice. However, the photo does not show feet on the cabinet and because it has feet, they bump into my water line and so the cabinet is a little off centered to allow room (see photos). I took the advise of others and did not put my bottom brace on until I had the cabinet legs where they needed to be. I also set the top onto the bottom to mark my anchor holes and then removed it. That helped a lot. I do recommend that you at least keep your hands close to the cabinet until it is secure. And by secure, I mean it is my recommendation that you attach to wall. This makes the cabinet not so wobbly. Keep in mind the shelf sizes when you decide what items you will be placing in the cabinet. The top adjustable shelf when placing in the middle is 13 1/2 H, 6 1/2 depth. The next shelf is 9 H, 7 depth and the bottom shelf is 6 H, 7 depth. All of the shelves are 22" long. I would use caution about placing heavy glass items on the adjustable shelf as it just sits on top of the pins. Basically, the instructions are follow along with the pictures and nothing written out. I also would suggest Titebond II Wood Glue. The cabinet is very pretty and better constructed than most behind toilet cabinets. I like it. ... show more

Bought this to use as a DIY project. The box was torn and punctured when it arrived. The upper portion on the left next to the little door actually had a very noticeable abrasion. Not to bad considering it had to make it's way all the to Hawaii. Didn't bother me too much because I was going for a distressed look anyway. Also, I bought some different knobs for it. The space saver is very solid and feels durable. I'd recommend building it in two pieces. Build the bottom and leave the cross bar off until you've placed the bottom portion where you want it, then you'll be able to see if you can even add the cross bar. Now you bring in the top portion and set it on top and screw it together. ... show more

It is a very nice bathroom storage unit. I am glad that others shared the part about the bottom support rod might need to be attached after having it in place, that was the case for my toilet area. I've gotten nice compliments and a friend is sharing with her daughter because she liked it so much. It's not as tall as I imagined but I am OK with that. I have a very small upstairs bathroom and desperately needed additional storage space. I searched other sites and found things that were pretty and looked nice, but way more than I was looking to spend. Being s faithful Amazon shopper, I figured I couldn't go wrong in searching. I'm so very glad I did! I came across this item and read all the great reviews and ultimately decided to see if I'd like it as much. I received it within a wk and the packaging was impressive. There were no holes or marks in the box so I wasn't worried that I would find scuffs on the white wood pieces which was nice. I opened it up and found it secured by protective styrofoam casing which was fantastic. I had all the pieces and went straight to work. Given my hectic life, (and general lacking knowledge and ability to put things together right the first time) it took me a few nights to get it together. The instructions are very easy to follow. I think my problem was that I was so tired when Id finally have time to work on it, that I struggled some. But really the instructions were great. Everything was numbered or marked with letters so I knew what went where. The bottom bar I couldn't use because of the valve from my toilet being right in the way, but it stands strong without it. It looks fabulous and provides the extra storage I need. I can fit my daily skin care, contact stuff, etc. as well as have a spot for hand towels and washcloths. I love it!! I would highly recommend getting this if you're considering. I don't post reviews like this often. ... show more

I don't usually write reviews but the instructions were very good. Each piece was marked with an easily removable sticker. Each type of screw, etc. were all in separate bags and marked with a letter. This made for an efficient assembly. It's beautiful and I received a lot of compliments. Love the doors with the curtains. There's a lot of storage inside also. ... show more

It took about 3 weeks to get here, but also over Christmas holiday season, so not horribly surprised, it did arrive in the timeline they stated. All the pieces were in the box, nicely labeled screws and such, each type bagged together and labeled. Directions were easy enough to follow. It barely slid behind my toilet with the crossbar in place, almost regretted putting it on, but there's not room to put the crossbar in place once the unit is behind the toilet so I didn't have a choice. We also put the bottom half in place before putting the top unit on, otherwise you can't get it over the toilet (as others have stated). Our curtains are clean, white and taut. The magnet that is factory glued on is off-center enough that one door doesn't catch it, so we have to figure that out. It is shorter than I expected, but that's my fault for not reading the description and grabbing my tape measure. The interior shelf depth is such that towels are too wide if folded in thirds, so I will just relearn to fold them in half then in quarters. I can fit toilet paper rolls two high on both interior shelves. Overall, it's cute enough that I am ordering another one for our second bathroom. ... show more
