Pros - Item was easy to assemble with well described parts and accessories. Assembly instructions were simple and easy to follow. Cons - As the picture shows there were pre-existing chipped wood on various places. All of this is on the top level where I cannot hide it :-( When you buy a brand new desk, this is not acceptable. Desk is also shaky and top doesn't stay still. The particle board top was thankfully only chipped and not cracked like some other buyers...assembly is straightforward although some of the holes don't line up perfectly and require a little mechanical prowess to get the fasteners on. Tighten the bolts again when you're done to reduce any slight wobble the legs might have, it's not as sturdy as some of the really expensive name brands for a reason. ... show more

Nice desk, but arrived damaged. May have been damaged prior to packing because the missing piece of wood wasn’t in the packaging. The box was pretty beaten up, so maybe the damage was during shipping and so just couldn’t find the missing piece. Covers for wires are flimsy, so just routed most wires behind the desk instead of through the holes. Motor is a bit loud, but no other complaints. I searched for months trying to find an affordable ergonomic desk and this had great reviews. I am glad I chose this one because it in amazing! I recommend buying a mat for the desk top for durability because the top is like press wood material. Other than that I LoVe this desk!
