This is my first e-bike. I really like this bike and am very pleased with my purchase overall. I chose this bike based on cost, the respected names of many of the significant parts which are detailed in the description, 500w motor, and 48v 13ah removable battery. I live in the Midwest US, and use it to commute to work weather permitting- 16mile round trip. Using mostly high output, I use about 25% of the battery for my 200lb self and back pack. More than enough power than I need. If it had any more power, you’d have to classify it as a motor vehicle in my county. It’s made sturdy, and quality shows throughout. It comes with everything: speedometer which provides mph, battery %, trip miles, total miles, and more. A bell, all the tools for assembly, lights, style, throttle, push button gear up, disc breaks. The only thing I wish it had was a suspension system, and maybe larger tires for additional comfort. Tires are 700c/28” x 1.625 x 1.75. They grip well. I was disappointed that it came with the cruiser style handle bars instead of the pictured mountain bike style bars. The front headlight is bright, and can be set to turn on when it senses it’s dark, off all the time, or on all the time. Back light has to always be manually turned off/on. Seat hurt my backside first day, but no issue thereafter. The back rack is removable, but can hold so considerable weight.

Bike is nice, but the seat came with a long tear in it. No way to repair. I believe it comes from shipping. The box was ripped open and pcs hanging out.

Extremely pleased with the Comet. It is a well built good looking cruiser. Assembly was relatively uncomplicated. Studying the assembly instructions is absolutely necessary. Rough shipping/handling dislodged some of the fender hardware which was easily obtained at the local Ace Hardware. For a cruiser, the seat is rather uncomfortable and was replaced. I mostly use the Comet on a paved bike trail as well as around the neighborhood for exercise. The pedal assist (motor) is a great asset as I deal with inclines and fatigue. Controls are easy to understand and use. The only issue I have is the Amazon listing. Amazon lists the bike as 750 watts while the manufacturer lists it as 500 watts. It should be noted that the 500 watt motor combined with the 48V 13A battery gives a great 624 WH providing very good distance depending on the amount of assist. If looking for a cruiser on paved surfaces, you won’t go wrong.

Bicycle arrived unable to be assembled properly, with the front wheel forks so close together, so that the front wheel would not fit. After separating the forks enough to slide the bike in, the brake disk still impacted the brake pad assembly. The forks were still misaligned. The frame had at least two gouges. One nut to attach the front fender and light, was missing from the packing materials. The packing box was substandard. When repacking the bike, literally the box starting coming apart at the carrying handles. Now the return process. The instructions for return are hazy. It is not clear how or when the seller reimburses the return shipping. It seems to ask me to "attach the required postage" of over $300, but then it states they will deduct the postage from the return if the condition of the bike does not match the feedback... which is it? The return authorization include only an RMA not a shipping label. A trip to UPS hauling the 65 lbs. yielded as much. A call to the number in the RMA instructions resulted in a voice mail, asking me to leave a message, which I did. No contact as of yet. So far, this has been a nightmare I did not ask for, and certainly do not need. I will update this feedback upon reply from seller.

First electric bike. Arrived with the chain guard broken and the seller sent me a replacement right away when I sent a message through Amazon to them. Very cool. I'm 240lbs (108kg) and this gets up to just over 21 mph (34km) when you get up to level 5 on flat road. I replaced the seat with a C9 and went 25 Mike's before the battery went down one light. Edit on 17 May 2023 from original 31 May 2022 review. Still super fun to ride. Dirt/gravel road popped the rear tire tube. 2 minutes on YouTube showed how to replace with engine there. Down to 4 stars. Breaks go loose when you use them so if you have to stop....you HAVE to stop to hand tighten the red adjustment gimmick. WTF? The cranks come off. You can put some stink on the Allen wrench when you tighten them but they just come loose. Total BS for a $1,200 bike. Max 2 miles before you feel your foot start to wobble when you pedal. Have come home on pure battery 3 times. ( Go 1/4 mile...stop...tighten breaks...tighten crank screw finger tight or with tool...repeat until home) Legit buyers remorse and this is below 4 stars....keep shopping. 3 of the stars are for how quick customer service was to replace a broken part

Received the bike according to schedule. It was box very well and no damage outside or inside. Easy enough to put together with the questionable instructions, but pretty intuitive. The frame is solidly built with excellent welds. I thought I would have a bad bike experience when not using the assist but to my surprise, the bike rides quite well. It has plenty of power for riding for a few hours when using the motor. All in all, I'm quite pleased with it.

Ordered the Comet, and it arrived with a little bit of damage to the box, but the bike looked fine. However, when I tried to attach the front wheel, it wouldn't fit. After a couple of emails with Molly, it was determined that the forks were bent. Molly immediately sent me a new set of forks. They were super easy to install and the front wheel fit perfectly. The bike is great! The pedal assist takes a little getting used to, but it's really fun once you do. I will say that as nice as the seat looks on the Comet, it is not comfortable at all. (I'm older and have arthritis in my spine) I've ordered a saddle with more cushion so I'll report back when it arrives.
