Had a problem with the battery, ZDZA gave me a new one completely free and it's fine for now. Even got to keep the old one. The brakes seem weak for this chonker of a bike, she's NOT small. Plus the weight of a rider and potentially cargo... I think one way the company could improve this is impliment pedal breaks in the future. If it makes the bike a one or two hundred dollars more, so be it. I DO enjoy this bike for being such a great quality though and budget friendly!! I hardly have any gripe wit this bike, it's taken EVERYTHING that I've thrown at it, and it CAN climb a 60 degree tilted hill. You have to still pedal, the bike isn't a miracle worker, but it's a beast for sure!!! I LOVE this bike!!! ... show more

Item was well packaged for shipping. It was relatively easy to assemble. Strong sturdy construction. Due to the weather when I received this bike I have not been able to ride it yet. But if it rides as good as it looks should be good to go. Great e-bike for the money.

I was so excited to get this bike, and overall, it’s extremely solid and well-built. Minimal directions for someone who’s never built a bike, but I figured it out. Comes with all the necessary tools. When I first received it, the battery wouldn’t charge, so at first, I could only use it as a regular bike. It did take a little time to hear back from support, but once I got in touch through the customer service, they were incredibly helpful and kind. After walking me through some troubleshooting steps, They quickly arranged to send me a replacement battery and charger, and their communication has been great once I was able to get a hold of them. It was definitely worth the wait to hear back. They clearly stand behind their product gives me a lot of confidence in the bike for years and the company. I’m really happy with the purchase thus far and can’t wait to enjoy it fully once the replacement parts arrive! ... show more

DO NOT BUY. Doesn't accept returns and you have to pull teeth to get ANY sort of compensation. I filed a complaint with the FTC and am in the middle of filing a complaint with the attorney generals office. I just do not trust this bike. It was rather easy to assemble. My bike came so poorly packaged that the front tire is actually showing the cording. The motor cuts off completely sometimes and won't respond to pedaling. I haven't checked the speed because I haven't been able to use it. My local bike shop warned me about riding with the tire the way it is. I contacted the company and they were supposed to send a new tire but stopped responding. Amazon offered me a INSULTING $5 promo credit. I had to fight with 3 representatives to get an $80 dollar refund. I WOULD RATHER HAVE A BIKE THAT WORKS. Just return it you may ask? THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. ... show more

The price of this bike is great. 700 dollars for a fat tire ebike is pretty good. The bike range tho is terrible only gets around 25 miles with pedaling. And speed is around 25 avg. Overall some small things that could be better but but is good.
