Included in the box were protective covers for each shoe, heel inserts and a cute little rose. I physically received my pair of shoes today and I love it, i also appreciate that elder notified me that they observed that I made a purchase for 3 pairs of the same size shoes, however, different coloured and that they shipped 1 pair for me to try first to provide them with a feedback re the fitting, they kept in touch with me so as to avoid customer dissatisfaction and the hassle of returning the shoes so they were waiting for my fitting, I did so today and I must express that I love it.
