The rings are very nice. I can’t wear them because I need a smaller size. It says in the product description that the company will exchange for free without returning the originals, but I am not seeing a way to do that. I would wear the rings if they fit properly.

False advertising! They advertise that they will replace it if it’s the wrong size, but they do NOT give a valid way to contact them. Ordered two rings at once, they sent the wrong sizes. Had no way to contact the company, so I looked up the company website. The phone number is not a valid number. Did the Amazon return. Tried a second order and purposely ordered a smaller size. They still sent the exact same large sizes. Thank you Amazon for taking that second return. We will not do business with Egnaro again. AVOID the hassle. Go elsewhere. ... show more
