I am a newly married electrician, and I wasn't safe wearing an expensive and conductive ring working in this trade. I also develop eczema on my fingers occasionally. These silicone rings are GREAT! I have worn a different brand silicone ring in the past that caused eczema flares, I think because they caused my finger to sweat and the ring retained the sweat against my skin. These rings have little air grooves that allows the ring to breathe. Theyve survived wearing them full time in the trades for almost 2 months with no complaints.
