These seem a great quality and came inside the estimated shipping date. However, the package says if it doesn't fit you get a pack in a new size for free and I needed a new size for my spouse, I have emailed 3 diff people and tried to call the number. All to no avail .. so they def need work on how they advertise their policies and their customer service.
