much like the first version. its not 100% seamless connection with the bluetooth. you have to sometimes unplug it and plug it back in to get the bluetooth to connect. other than that it seems to be a well thought out device.

I checked to make sure it would work in my car, 2014 Ford Edge, before buying. Said it would but didn't. Spent a long time with tech support but couldn't get it to connect.

I'm so happy this new version works with external Bluetooth devices! I bought the original back when it was released but had to return it because it wasn't compatible with my older car. I use an external Bluetooth "cigarette lighter" plug and this updated version connected flawlessly. I recommend the optional vent clip holder for it as well.
