The leather is very stiff and caused some blisters in the heel side at first use but after afew days, it's not perfect. Comfy and warm. Just wish ot were wider given that it has shearling, so that I can wear thicker socks.

I don’t think I’ve ever spent this much money on shoes - for my kids, yes. For myself, no. But they are adorable and super comfy. Casual, but not too casual if that makes sense. I hope they hold up for years!

    • I bought size 37 instead of my usual size 36 because it has a wonderful lining that takes up space.

I bought the Morel color, and it is very attractive. This boot is actually more attractive on than in the picture, has a slipper like fuzzy soft lining that keeps my feet warm, and even though I wore all day with one of our typical Northwest rains, my feet are dry. The fuzzy lining does take up space, so I bought the one size larger, and it fits and is comfortable. This is one of my favorite Ecco shoes and so I also bought a pair in a dark color. I first adjusted the fitting by closing the zippers and adjusting the tie to fit, so now only use the zippers, a nice feature. ... show more

    • Great sneakers for colder days
I wanted a pair of waterproof, insulated, good tread shoes to supplement my snow boots. These sneakers meet that need in almost all aspects. On the plus side, they have great arch support and good tread, and are super cute, with soft leather in a great color (I got cashmere). The only negatives for me are they rub just a tiny bit on the side of heel and they weren't as warm as I planned for them to be! I anticipate the rubbing will go away once they are broke in a bit and it certainly isn't anything that's causing pain or blisters. The rubbing is why I gave them four stars, but I'd give them 4.5 starts if that was an option. As for warmth, I was expecting them to be as warm as my snow boots, which isn't realistic because my snow boots have about a 1" sole and these are sneakers, so right on the ground. They will be sufficiently warm on days when it's not zero degrees with fresh snow on the ground! And did I mention they are super cute? ... show more

Received this and it was a beautiful leather, I was looking for a functional/fashionable winter boot. I like that it was waterproof and has a warm fleecy lining but my normal size feels too small with a winter sock on so I’m returning. I would half size up if you want to wear thicker socks with this one. ... show more

I was genuinely surprised at the quality of these boots. I’m an Ecco fan and these boots are horrible. Zero foot support or cushion. I don’t want to add insoles; that’s why I buy Ecco. These are a big fail
